ForFleets recently received the fantastic news that we are a finalist in the Cork Digital Marketing Awards 2021, specifically in the ‘Best Social Media Campaign’ category. This prestigious event showcases the best digital innovations and achievements among Cork-based businesses over the last twelve months.
Considering just a year ago, ForFleets had virtually NO social media presence, so we are absolutely over the moon not just to be nominated but to make it all the way through to the finals of the Cork Digital Marketing Awards 2021. But how did we get here?

Our most successful campaign to date has been our Workshop Recruitment campaign, working closely with the newly formed Digital Marketing Agency, Hapi Studio. The aim of this was to increase awareness of our fleet maintenance system in vehicle workshops across Ireland and how it can help them up their game in meeting fleet service needs. Being our first major campaign, there was a bit of refining as we went, taking on learnings from the early stages, and this paid off in terms of achieving our goal of recruiting more fleet workshops to our network.
Pleased with our results though we were, we did not imagine that we would be finalists in the Cork Digital Marketing Awards a few months later, alongside such high calibre entrants as the Montenotte Hotel, Smugglers Cove and the Central Statistics Office! Marketing within the B2B sphere is generally seen as less ‘flashier’ than the more general consumer sector; within the motor trade, it is even more niche. We’re incredibly pleased to have made it this far.
Making it through to the Cork Digital Marketing Awards finals is another feather in our cap as we position ourselves as Ireland’s most comprehensive fleet maintenance system. Together with our fleet workshop network expanding, it’s made us really excited about our future ― if, in just one year, we can go from having no social media presence to becoming a finalist for Best Social Media Campaign, who knows where we’ll be this time next year?
